Kids Mates is designed for kids and their parents. Protecting children's privacy is a priority for RND Merch LLC. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

No Personal Information from Children

Kids Mates does not ask for or collect personally identifiable information from children. The app does not require an account, login, or email address to play.

Parental Controls

Features that could involve a parent's email (such as support or notifications) are gated behind a parent gate and are only used to respond to the inquiry.

No Advertising, No In-App Purchases

Kids Mates does not display third-party advertising.

In-App Purchases

Kids Mates includes in-app purchases.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics and crash reports to improve the app. These reports do not identify your child and do not include any content your child creates within the app.

Local-First Data

Activity progress and preferences are stored locally on the device. Removing the app from the device removes this data.

Third-Party Services

Kids Mates may rely on platform services provided by Apple or Google. Your use of those platform features is subject to the respective platform's privacy policy.

COPPA & GDPR-K

We design Kids Mates to be compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and with the equivalent child-privacy provisions of the GDPR in the European Union.
