Bitcoin Radar — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bitcoin Radar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Bitcoin Radar is a mobile application that provides real-time access to public Bitcoin blockchain data, including block information, transaction details, address balances, fee estimates, mining statistics, and price information. Data is sourced from the mempool.space public API.

3. No financial advice

The App is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App does not facilitate Bitcoin transactions, custody of funds, or any form of trading. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Data accuracy

The App displays data from third-party sources (mempool.space). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information displayed is complete, accurate, or current. Bitcoin network data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to reorganization. Price data is indicative and may differ from actual exchange rates.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

5.1 Bitcoin Radar Pro

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Bitcoin Radar Pro") with the following terms:

  • Plans: Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-week free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified before any price increase takes effect and must agree to the new price to continue.

5.2 Donations

The App offers optional one-time donation purchases. These are consumable in-app purchases that are non-refundable and cannot be restored to a new device. Donations do not unlock any features.

5.3 Free features

The following features are available without a subscription:

  • Full blockchain exploration (blocks, transactions, addresses)
  • Real-time fee estimates and mempool data
  • Price tracking with charts
  • Mining and Lightning Network statistics
  • Home screen and lock screen widgets
  • Up to 3 watched addresses
  • Converter and decoder tools

5.4 Pro features

Bitcoin Radar Pro unlocks:

  • Unlimited watchlist addresses
  • Advanced price alerts
  • Extended historical charts
  • Block visualizer
  • Priority widget refresh rates

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its data sources
  • Use automated systems to make excessive API requests through the App

7. Intellectual property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RND Merch LLC. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Bitcoin network data is public and not owned by any party. The mempool.space API is open source and subject to its own licensing terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RND MERCH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on mempool.space for blockchain data and Apple for payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RND Merch LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
