Common questions
Where does the data come from?
Bitcoin Radar pulls public Bitcoin network data from mempool.space, the open-source blockchain explorer. Block info, transactions, fees, mining stats, Lightning stats, and price all originate there.
The price or block count looks stale.
The App fetches data over your current internet connection. If the network is slow or you're offline, values may lag. Pull to refresh on the relevant screen, or check that your device has a working connection.
My watchlist or alerts disappeared.
All watchlist items, alerts, and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not synced. If you reinstall the app, switch devices, or restore from a backup that did not include app data, this content will be gone. There is no server-side copy to restore.
I'm not getting price alerts.
Price alerts are delivered locally — there is no remote push server. Make sure notifications are enabled for Bitcoin Radar in Settings → Notifications → Bitcoin Radar, that the threshold is set to a value the price has actually crossed since you set it, and that the app has been opened recently enough for iOS to schedule the check.
My Pro purchase didn't unlock on a new device.
Open Bitcoin Radar → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that started the subscription.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open Bitcoin Radar → Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. That opens Apple's subscription center where you can cancel or change plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I export or back up my watchlist?
Bitcoin Radar does not currently offer an export feature. We're considering it — let us know if it matters to you.
I found a bug or want to suggest a feature.
